JEANETTE WHITE of Putney, was born in Thief River Falls,
Minnesota.
She is married to William “Bill” White and they have one daughter and one son.
DURING HER FIRST SESSION, JEANETTE SPONSORED OR HELPED PASS LEGISLATION THAT:
Requires labeling and registration of genetically modified seeds and plants.
Lowers prescription drug prices.
Requires more cost disclosure by pharmaceutical companies.
Moves the state forward in it's purchase of the hydro dams.
Strengthens end-of-life decisions.
Provides more options for long term care.
Modifies school funding while preserving equal education
